First of all the receptionist gossips so much about patients, like geniunely she kept pointing at me and whispering to her coworkers in a different language I felt so uncomfortable and worried. The waiting time is so bad and the doctors make me scared because they give me alot of attitude, how am I meant to feel safe with that kind of behaviour? One of the workers in pathology was the one that was pointing at me and whispering.
This Doctors surgery needs to be more professional. It is unprofessional for a Doctor and Nurse to be talking in a different language in front of you when you know they are talking about you it is very rude. You don’t treat your patients that way especially when they are paying so much money to come here. This is not the first time I have dealt with unprofessional staff here.
