Really quick and friendly service, Amber and Stuart were very welcoming and we had nice conversations while we waited which made us feel at ease. We had to use their services at short notice due to car issues when returning from holiday, we are now all sorted and on our way back home. Thank you so much to everyone.
I can only echo other one star reviews. Avoid this garage. Very few positives. Poor communication throughout. Did not fix the car in the suggested timeframe. Left oily fingerprints on valuable items left in the vehicle. Staff surly and nonchalant. Garage difficult to access and chaotic. Awful.
Have taken my TT here for last few years now both for MOT and service, can’t complain at all, if something needs fixing/repairing then its sorted, some times parts are needed to be ordered and aren’t available immediately. but thats life! Will be happy to return
