5 star review for Edinburgh Bathroom Company. We had been let down by a different online company who had delivered two damaged baths. I contacted Robert at Edinburgh Bathroom Company who managed to source a replacement identical bath in perfect condition and at a competitive price within 15 minutes. He also managed to have it with us within 24 hours which allowed us to complete our bathroom refit in our original timescale. Robert also called the next day to ensure everything was ok. Would highly recommend!
We were refurbishing our bathroom. Kenny was extremely helpful with good suggestions and knowledgable. We made several visits refining our ideas each time, but he was unfailingly friendly and positive.
Fantastic company. I went asking about a toilet seat replacement. Most places wouldn’t bother with such a small order. Margo was professional from start to finish and was able to identify the exact make/model needed. No fuss, just great customer service. Will be going here for my next bathroom refit.
