I was a member before I retired. I went back and they accepted me without a question. I'm going to get my car refinanced at a lot better rate than GM financial.
Very unprofessional staff, their customer service needs better associates to attend the phone calls. Did not want to give money that was transfer for more than 12 hrs. Needs better protocol for money transfers, customers have emergencies and is in need of their own money in their personal account, and can't have access to it. Very disappointing for a place like this to treat customers in that manner.

Their answering service is terrible. I called multiple times, only for my call to be dropped, if I was lucky enough to get someone. Idk if I want to stay with a bank that has zero phone availability
