Don't think he knows how to run his website. I left an inquiry and I waited 4 days before I decided to call him. Got caught up with people pulling out with not getting me a ride there to sign the lease and he canceled my reservation. I tried to reschedule and he just told me he was going to sell the unit to someone else; not a good business model if you already have a client wanting to work with you. Came off extremely rude
