I received autism testing here, and I have nothing but great things to say! They helped me more than they know, as the psychologist that tested me even wrote an addendum to help me receive government services. I am much better off now than before my assessment and diagnosis. Very professional and kind!
Awful experience with a couples counselor here. She encouraged my ex to yell at me both times, saying it's progress. She happily took his insurance coverage and co-pay. I later found out she was known for this, yet remained there. She made things much worse.
Had a great experience here with my therapist. Staff were always friendly and kind. Easy to communicate with therapist and front desk when cancellations or rescheduling were needed. Cozy offices to have sessions in and I was made to feel very comfortable even in the worst of times.
I admit, I was so conflicted taking my son due to previous reviews but the professionals in his life recommended it. Do NOT let reviews deter you from seeking services in this office. We had an amazing experience. Kaitlyn is so kind - and worked amazingly with my son. I do not recommend that you take your loved ones here because they are very unprofessional! The way that they talk to their employees and how they treat them is unacceptable! 😡
