I had an appointment this morning for 8 o’clock. They told me to get here 10 minutes early so that I could get my license and insurance figured out ahead of time. I have a 30 minute drive And when I get over here, there’s not one person here. And if I didn’t know better, I would’ve thought it was abandoned. Doors are locked and I took off of work for no reason. Very disappointed.
Waits almost two months for my appt, called them the day before to confirm time nothing back. Showed up the day of my appt and no one was there. (I don’t exactly live close, and left work early for this appt). Tried calling, and nothing. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional
