Well established watering hole and college food place that seems to be fairly clique-ish and wary of new comers. In all the years I've lived here (30+) I've never felt comfortable in the Hotel, welcomed or really, satisfied by the service or food. MANY others have told me the same thing. But alas, they have their own crowd and seem to do quite well, so more power to 'em. I find their drinks overpriced, the layout of the bar and rooms to be quite claustrophobic and odd, and their servers always seem to be a bit snooty.
