The best things about Edina West: Location, in the west metro but feels like nature living. There is no other condo community like it. Woods, wildlife, pools, a recreation center including workout, indoor tennis/pickleball, weekly/monthly activities, underground parking, 3 party rooms and more... Yes, this place is older, and if you have a small dog, it is restrictive. I personally like the idea of a clean 14 acre campus. This is NOT, a 55+ community. Most bizarre policy for dog owners. Pups are allowed but cannot be walked on premises - they must be transported via carrier or stroller to another location. We loved a unit there and were ready to buy but cannot justify this craziness! i wonder if residents realize how many potential buyer walk away because of this policy.
