Love Dr. Penland; however, since the move and changes in office staff, it has become more and more frustrating. It's no longer about the patient. The customer service that once made this place great went right out the window. So much for being a long-time patient and referring many customers over the years. Best of luck.
I am terrified of dentists and Dr Penland is the only dentist I feel comfortable going to. Ive had several procedures done and she has a way of making it not hurt as well as not terrifying me. I currently live 6 hours away but I will drive 6 hours no question to see Dr Penland. Aside from being an incredibly talented dentist she is incredibly kind and will be a patient for life. Danny
