We've been disappointed in the follow up care with Edina Orthodontics. My daughter's "permanent" retainer has become unglued twice in the past year since having her braces removed. This is costly and we wonder if the clinic is using industry-standard adhesive and practices. We are exploring different orthodontist clinics for follow-up care. Based on the numerous reviews here, it appears our negative experience is unique.
The staff and doctors are so friendly and experienced. Great service.
Great people, treat you like family. Tremendous results and on point with timeframe projected vs reality of results. Would recommend to anyone interested in invisalign. Dr Colby is as professional and personable as there is in the orthodontic space. You wont regret it.
I never write reviews but I am very happy with how my appointment went today. I previously had a permeant retainer come off and it was glued back in about 6 months ago at Edina Orthodontist. I had my retainer completely come off the other day. Edina Orthodontist got me in very quickly. They completely replaced my retainer (under warranty). I had a lot of tarter build up and the girl that worked on me made the process quick and she was very nice. They explained my options to me and did an AMAZING job replacing my retainer.
