I had oral surgery in August 2015 to have lower wisdom teeth removed. I recently discovered a hard mass in my lower right jaw adjacent to where tooth 32 was removed. I had a panoramic X-ray and a metal object was left in the surgical sight. I had a consultation with another oral surgeon in Feb 2016 to have a 3D dental cone beam scan done to take a closer look. I had an additional surgery and the metal object was removed and supports that Dr. Tompach had left a tip of a drill bit in my mouth.
I knew Dr. Tompach while in residency. He really is a brilliant, caring Doctor.
