I was a long time patient of this clinic. I had an eye issue that my doctor didn't think was serious, and I had to beg to be seen. Shortly thereafter, I experienced what I now know was an emergency situation (detached retina). This happened on a Saturday. I tried contacting on call doctor using the clinics on call phone system, but that phone system wasn't functioning. I was unable to reach any on-call doctor all weekend.
