Mari Jo is so gentle with me as I’m nervous is the DDS chair and Dr Kratz always has great care & concern and they both listen and provide what I need for my best dental & overall health. I’ve been with Edina Dental since the 90’s and love the consistency of care & great team.
Dr Kratz was able to see me on short notice. He was able to diagnose my issue, write a prescription, and complete a referral before I left the office. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and record keeping on past care is detailed and accurate. Excellent.
Best dental experience of my life!! Dr Kratz is patient, kind, understanding, and communicates very well. I had/still have many dental issues that I am in the process of getting fixed. I am so lucky to have found Dr Kratz. He’s done such a beautiful job so far. I have literally almost hugged him after my appointments!
