I did some work alongside John and it's evident that he truly cares about his customers. He's trustworthy, provides a phenomenal product, and is very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for window and door installation.
John and his crew installed a new sliding glass door and window for me as well as cedar siding repairs all around my house. The project became more complicated as we discovered more areas of rot and improper previous installation of siding around other windows. He spent time determining the causes of the problems to make sure that the fixes should last and explained everything clearly throughout. We hired John Burch to replace our sliding door. He came out and reviewed door options with us. We chose a Marvin door. The door had some Minor issues so John got Marvin involved and the problem is being fixed. If you want someone who can give you options and does what he promises give him a call. I am hiring him to assist on another improvement to our deck.
Edina Craftsmen did a great job on my roof/eve repairs, but more importantly got more money from the insurance company to do it right and make sure the project was done right the first time.
John and Jose were terrific to work with on our chimney siding replacement. Not only are they very professional, but trustworthy and clearly knowledgeable about the siding installation. When estimating the project, John offered a cost savings by suggesting we do the siding painting prior to install. The product was delivered within a day of signing the contact, and he started the project within two days of our finishing the painting.
