They said they would help me with my taxes. Then, a month before they were due I was told that they would not be able to help me and I had to come in and pick up all my documentation. I then had to scramble to find an accountant to help me. After all was done I ended up paying over $500 in penalties and interest to the IRS because of them. I would not recommend using this company for taxes.

This was by far the worst experience we've ever had with a tax 'professional'. It cost me an unbelievable amount of money from both the cost to file and the additional cost of filing wrong. I had another tax professional look at our records and found several things wrong. To add insult to injury, we now owe more due to our taxes not being filed correctly. I would NOT recommend this company.
