Edifer’s website says they open at 11am. I placed an online order at 12pm for pick up. Immediately received a call from them and they said they just opened and they needed time to heat up their pizza oven so the order would be ready in 45 min for pick up. If you claim to be open at a certain time, you should be ready to receive orders at that time. That’s not when you come in and start the oven!
They do not read the grubhub instructions. Ignored my order for spaghetti and made it cheaper Ziti. Ignored my request for taco sauce on the side. Got dry tacos. I think they could do better if they read their orders. In the meantime, I'm upset that I spent $50 on a dinner and nobody took the time to check it.
