Great Caterer Edie just catered my parents party and I couldn't be more thrilled with her service. Her food was amazing!!! Truth be told we were fighting over the leftover chicken marsala & pork that we brought home. Her catering services went well beyond my expectations. Edie helped me organize the party and gave me such valuable insight. She took care of the linens and all the desserts (using Maria's bakery) and saved me a ton of money and time. She is a true pro! Edie's Awesome Catering Edie catered my wedding just two weeks ago in Folsom, PA. Everything about her food and catering services are over and above! Being in contact with Edie was an absolute joy as she is both professional and extremely friendly. She really knows what she is doing and how to do things well as she has been in this business for over thirty years. Her food was absolutely delicious! Best Caterer Around Hey princessfrog... You cannot possibly be talking about Edies Catering in Milmont Park, PA...Everyone knows that you cannot get better food, quality, service and decorating...oh not to mention her incredible sweet table...I have never seen anything like it. Most caterers skimp on the food...not Edie...delicious and alot of it....your so stuffed. Let me tell you, her staff is top notch. To Counter the first review.... I wanted to counter the first review by posting a few comment reviews I have found on Yahoo about Edie's Catering. Please search Goodle or Yahoo for this site. Note that the same person has also written her a poor review there but more have written very good reviews. I cannot disagree more with the negative review. Edie's Catering will NEVER disappoint! My mom, Edie, refused to comment on your review, stating that "Everybody that knows me will never believe the lies" but I couldn't let it go. First of all, do NOT insult my mother by calling her a "reheater". In 22 yrs of business, she has NEVER reheated food for a party. The food is homemade for each party w/ the best ingred. & all leftovers go to the cust. I know the kind of woman my mom is b/c I worked for her for 16 yrs. Horrible Service This caterer was brought to my attention by many good recommendations. All were based on having the food delivered and NOT using the "services" Edie's has to offer. I booked this caterer expecting top of the line service and food. I was not impressed with anything she had to offer. She was late the day of the event, setting up the tables as the guests arrive.
