Office manager is horribly condescending and rude. Too bad, the location is nice and the rest of the staff is ok but they charge you to service your chart and spend very little time with you after you wait a long time. Since it is acceptable for the staff to treat patients the way she seems to feel entitled to, I will never be back and I hope anyone who reads this will look for other options. There are others nearby who are grateful for your business and will be more thorough.
