Even though I sent my print to the exact requirements, and after speaking to them on the phone, I received my product incorrectly. After speaking to them regarding this, they offered to send a replacement out with the corrections. I did not receive it in a timely manner to use for my grandson's 8th birthday. I had to search all over at the last minute to fix their mistake. Not only did it cause frustration, but twice as much money. I recommend using your local grocer.

disappointed! informed item was shipped on the 25th for my event on the 29th (no weekends) my cake topper had not arrived on the 28th, I contacted Sue, the tracking was not current and had stalled in Santa Anna, she said there was nothing she could do. Disappointed. I've used ETP in the past many times with only one issue but that issue was resolved greatly. Until my recent order. I placed an order on 6/11/16 knowing they will not get it until Monday which was totally fine. I ordered 2.. 2.5 in round images. fast forward to today (6/16). I got it as promised which was a-ok with me. Until I opened it and what was sent to me was the incorrect size. I received 2.. 2in round of my image. My cake print came out perfect and I was able to get it in a hurry during the busy season. She refunded some of my shipping cost when I was able to pick it up from her (we are local to each other, but she doesn't have a storefront). When we applied the print to our homemade cake, our entire family and our friends were very impressed and I couldn't be happier. It made our little homemade treat look so professional. SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo "I really appreciate your help with everything. You were a pleasure to work with. I received my images very quickly, the images were top quality, and packaged to perfection.
