The lobby was dirty (spider webs and dirt under the cabinets/displays). The guy in the lobby kept trying to "up sell" my Mom. She told him her price limit, but he kept suggesting things above that amount. But the clincher was when I showed him, for the 3rd time, where an item was in their catalog...and he takes the catalog from me and gives to another customer. Literally, grabbed it from my hands! I was so shocked all I could do was laugh. I will order online from now on -- and pray the back area is cleaner than the front.
