my husband ordered my gift for my birthday and we did not get it deliver. The driver did not attempt to get out of the car to make the delivery. I saw her looked right into my office, sat there for 3 mins and drove off. my husband didn't even get a call to notify us about the unsuccessful delivery. we called the shop at 515pm, voicemail said 9 to 7pm but they are close at 5pm. Went to the shop to asked for a refund and pretty much there was no sympathy toward the fact that he spent $103 for a birthday gift.
