What a wonderful experience. Lola the owner is great, we really enjoyed talking to her. We were invited to a lavish birthday party and didn't know what to bring. Instead of bringing flowers that would be appreciated but then quickly forgotten we sent an Edible Arrangement to the office on Monday. There was quite a selection available at the store but we picked one from the catalog. It looks great and I wish we were there to share in it.
Lola was amazing! Helped me with 2 beautiful trays last minute. Great gift to please anyone. Customer service was outstanding. Will definitely be back again, and loved that I able to patron a woman owned business.
I am so appreciative for the exceptional customer service provided by my edible arrangements delivery driver Mr. Jeffrey Green. The sender was also appreciative and very impressed by his continuous follow-up until delivery was successful. My daughter ordered me an arrangement. It was to be delivered at work. I left early and she wasn't aware. When my daughter told me she could not reach them, I asked for the number. I spoke with Kim, she was able to get ahold of the driver to stop the delivery. Jeff the driver called me to find out where I was at. I gave him my location and he agreed to deliver the same day. Was a small place, the flowers I ordered were a bit old looking and didn’t last at home for more than a day. Staff was ok, was terrible but also wasn’t the greatest either. Wouldn’t say I would not recommend this place as tbh it’s just a place to go and grab desserts and gifts for someone special.
