I ordered an arrangement for my client and it was perfect! Fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered right on time. My client absolutely loved it. Against my better judgement I went to this location. I should've drove the extra 10 plus miles or so to another location. Went in to get my freebie which I guess mightve been the issue. Girl offered me cheesecake with chocolate covered strawberry on top. I said sure. She came out with just the cheesecake 😒 im like whatever let me just take this and go about my day. It took me a month to get my Refund and that’s because I called the Main Corporate. Again I Repeat…. Do Not Order from this Shop!! They Don’t deserve a Star
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband spent almost 200 dollars and they literally only gave me half the order. My brownies were definitely dropped on the way. They never gave me the cookies, card, flowers, and correct stuffed animals. They said a manger would call us and told me it would happen the next day. We were never called. I called and they said the manager wasn’t there but they would call Monday. Monday passed and was never called once again.
