The arrangement was really nice. I was satisfied with my ordered.
I’m so upset. I made a simple order for my daughter’s birthday yesterday and I called by 4pm to check up on the status of delivery. Angelina told me that the driver had just left for delivery. I was at work all day and then had to head to another business meeting and did not get home until 8 o’clock. In the meantime I have cameras that also rewind for me and no one came by, but I have several emails all of a sudden saying that there was an attempted delivery. My experience with Shay was really great she assisted me with my order the computer system was running slowly ..so she ask me would be okay to call me back sure in my mind I'm like yeah right she was a woman of her word and very professional in all expacts on every level considering my first language i spoken is ebonic i know she is a great adsit to edible arrangement because it's not everyday you come a cross someone that's kind as Shay especially in this crazy world ..so keep in mind act of kindness.. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Savannah at Edible Arrangements! She truly made a stressful day so much easier. I came in last minute, not knowing what to pick, and she created two beautiful arrangements on the spot. She even gave me a discount, bringing the price down, and took the time to pack everything perfectly with a card and bow. The fruit was fresh, delicious, and worth every penny. Savannah went above and beyond—I will definitely be back!

She was incredibly nice, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. Her genuine care for her customers really stood out to me, and it made me feel valued and appreciated.
