I tried not to add any stars but it wouldn't let me continue until l did but if I could post no stars I would have because they don't deserve any! Do yourself a favor and don't order from them. I received 2 arrangements prepared by this store, they arrived without the card so I didn’t know who sent it, and one of the arrangements arrived with the plastic lid half off and was delivered 5 days from when it was ordered, totally missing Mother Day by arriving the Monday after. I did find out my son sent the gift to me and a card should have been attached. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. I am currently deployed in the Middle East. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on March 5th for my wedding anniversary. My wife was home (as well as her entire family of 5 adults). I got emails saying that "they attempted to deliver". Not sure if the driver was lying saying they attempted to deliver it when they did not. I ordered some fresh fruit bouquet for my boss son , it was a sad day when we learned our boss passed away this Sunday. We are all still in shock and are feeling it bad. I decided to get this arrangement for them in case they don’t feel hungry and maybe could use a snack. Thanks again for making this arrangement from one day to the next , they really liked it and thought it tasted fresh.
Worst worst worst customer service. I had to pick up my cheesecakes that my husband ordered for me in person.Meanwhile on the site, my husband had to ruin the surprise and screenshot the order for me to call and get an eta because it said “out for delivery”. When I got to the store, The employee was on the phone for 10 minutes and looked annoyed because I walked in. Someone from the back came out only to hand me a tiny box.
