I ordered a large floweral arrangement looked like small instead & fruit doesn't look so great either. On the website it also states that they have curbside pickup. That was a lie a girl answered the phone & she was very rude.Had an attitude when I asked about the pickup. I will not be going there again & maybe I should have checked the reviews before placing an order.
Great service and delivery, received my order earlier than expected, besides the hole in the strawberry which ofc gravity. Will be returning in the future.
Great way to celebrate Valentine's Day with my wife with an awesome fruit and chocolate strawberry basket. Everything was fresh, and tasted great. Most importantly, the wife was very happy !!
I was extremely disappointed with my Valentine’s Day order. The flowers arrived mostly dead and broken, and the chocolate-covered strawberries were clearly old. The box itself was dirty and smeared with chocolate, which made the whole presentation look careless and unprofessional. When I called customer service, I was put on hold and then hung up on.
