My experience with Shay was really great she assisted me with my order the computer system was running slowly ..so she ask me would be okay to call me back sure in my mind I'm like yeah right she was a woman of her word and very professional in all expacts on every level considering my first language i spoken is ebonic i know she is a great adsit to edible arrangement because it's not everyday you come a cross someone that's kind as Shay especially in this crazy world ..so keep in mind act of kindness.. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Savannah at Edible Arrangements! She truly made a stressful day so much easier. I came in last minute, not knowing what to pick, and she created two beautiful arrangements on the spot. She even gave me a discount, bringing the price down, and took the time to pack everything perfectly with a card and bow. The fruit was fresh, delicious, and worth every penny. Savannah went above and beyond—I will definitely be back!
I had an amazing experience with this Edible Arrangements location! I had a small issue with my order, and the owner went above and beyond to make it right. She was incredibly nice, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. Her genuine care for her customers really stood out to me, and it made me feel valued and appreciated. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and fresh, and I will definitely be ordering from this location again. Highly recommend!
Do not order from this store! My order was never delivered on the day that it was supposed to be, I called store to cancel order and they said they will cancel it. They never cancelled the order , it was still delivered and I was charged 2 days later . The item my grandma received was not what I ordered. The chocolate covered strawberries looked horrible , it looked like they dipped the strawberries when they weren't completely dried which made them look not professionally done. I ordered an arrangement for my client and it was perfect! Fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered right on time. My client absolutely loved it. Highly recommend Edible Arrangements Fontana for quality and great service! Edward and Che are the new owners. They have really changed this place! Hats off to you!
