Terrible that they were paid an extra delivery guarantee fee for Valentine’s Day and then ghosted. Absolutely horrid thing to do.
Terrible experience. I ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter, totaling over $100, to be delivered to her workplace. The delivery was scheduled for 5:00 PM, but it did not arrive until after 8:30 PM. Because of this delay, I had to drive to Tyler myself to retrieve it after it was finally delivered. To make matters worse, the balloons were deflated, and the personalized note I submitted was smudged with black ink and looked unprofessional. Terrible service!!!! I orders a gift for Valentine’s Day. To be delivered on the 14th. No delivery was made. And when I have tried to reach out to the store no answer. This is such terrible customer service. Over 150 for this order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
