The lady who picked our call couldn’t hear my wife’s voice so she asked “D as in dumb?” My wife was a good sport and laughed it off but that was totally unnecessary.
Absolutely ridiculous, ontop of that when I asked to be refunded kept trying to offer me anything but the refund and in the end stated they must keep the delivery fee. Sure keep your 10$ because I’m sure that’s the value of these rotten strawberries.
Ordered from out of state for friends who live in Texas. Although I didn't view the purchase, the people on the phone were very helpful and my friends said they enjoyed the tray. Thank you.
They no longer have walk-in bouquets pre-made in the case bc of cost & freshness. That being said, they were able to quickly make a small bouquet while I ran another errand nearby. Friendly, accommodating & fast service!
