I’m never ordering here again. It was embarrassing on my part to have my women receive what she recieved. This company uses false advertisement on ALL their photos. I order their autumn blooms with bites bundle and a card. She recieved 6 roses and 2 of them are rotting. It was the most embarrassing order I’ve ever recieved. I called to complain and was told that the person speaking was just an employee and there wasn’t a manager available. She tells me to call back tomorrow.
I ordered an arrangement on 8/30 for my mother to arrive on September 4, 2025. It never arrived and I never received any confirmation. I tracked the order multiple times that day and as of 2 pm, the order was received but not crafted. I sent a message that evening through the portal to see if they can at least try to deliver it the next morning before my mother leaves out of town. The store did not pick up. Spoke with Sandy at 12:24 pm to ask if there were chocolate covered strawberries available, she said yes just call 10 min before so I can have them ready. I arrived well before closing time and was told that there were no chocolate covered strawberries and I would have to place an order for tomorrow. Terrible service and false information given. Very unpleasant experience with a business that is supposed to have had them available as I was told 4.5 hrs before I showed up. Waste of time, and I am not a local.
Great experience. I stopped in because I was craving some chocolate covered strawberries and bananas. They don't have a place for you to sit inside while they make them. Instead, they offered for me to wait in my car and brought them out to me. Great, great service! And they were delicious! Strawberries were HUGE! This will be a monthly treat for me!
