Every single piece of fruit was hard and unripe. I had to throw it out. I was ill so couldnt drive to the store to exchange bit they said they send out all their fruit unripe so it lasts a few days . I was so disappointed in the customer service attitude as they were very shirt and snippy . Sadly will no longer recommend or use the Sugarland shop
How thoughtful!
I arrived to pick up cones from the store, and the store associate literally locked the door right in front of me and walked away. She clearly saw me about to open the door. I didn’t know the store was closing at 2:27 PM on a Monday. This was very rude and unprofessional.
It was kinda like my fault because I waited at the last minute, but the lady I forgot her name at the front desk came through for me on my anniversary. I wanted to thank her so very much.
Arrived at 7:58 for Mother’s Day order and closed early. Knocked on door. Nothing.
