I placed an order for my best friend's birthday over a week ago and more than 8:00pm and the delivery hasn't get there yet, it's not even a holiday. How come they promise delivery same day. I Called the store earlier to find out at least if they had an idea about delivery time because I was not able to track it online but the guy on the phone was very, very rude.
