Could not have been happier. Arrangement was incredible, people on the phone were maybe better. Wish I could give more than 5 stars
Absolutely incredible experience with Edible Arrangements in Syracuse! The arrangement looked even better than the pictures online, fresh fruit, beautifully put together, and delivered right on time. The customer service was outstanding and made the entire process seamless. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation. The recipient was blown away. Highly recommend for birthdays, celebrations, or just making someone’s day special. 5 stars all the way!
We ordered a mother's day gift set including a balloon, 6 chocolate covered strawberries and a cheese cake. What my mother received was a deflated balloon, a missing cheesecake and one of the strawberries that was eaten with the stem left in the package. They did refund our money but I would just be cautious of the sanitary conditions of how your order is being delivered.
On the phone I placed an order with Bre and she recommended something great with my budget. Then the delivery driver Ben was really helpful and was taking extra care to make sure the order arrived perfectly. I'll be coming back!
