This store is horrible. Customer service is subpar and they just don’t care. My order was lacking an item, the cookies were stale and I never received a credit for the missing item. Read the reviews and go somewhere else if you’re looking for a nice gift. I was embarrassed by the product they delivered. First and last time doing business with this store. Never again.
UPDATE: After speaking to the owner who told me he was going to comp the chocolate pops and the balloons that came with me order, the order was not only delivered 2 days late, but it came without either of the items that he told me would still be sent and was even missing some of the fruit that was supposed to be included. I’m so pissed and upset about this entire experience. I will NEVER order from you guys again. Thanks for your awful customer service and false promises. Called to have chocolate covered strawberries delivered to my daughters hotel for her birthday. Reese was very helpful and made sure the delivery arrived that day! Great to get such excellent service!
