Being a first time customer, I was shocked to see a 16.00 delivery charge on my email receipt. The arrangement only cost 24.95. The delivery was only about 1 mile away from the store. I doubt that I will be utilizing your services in the future. Delivery fees should not be that costly for short distance deliveries.
