I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for Valentine's Day. There ended up being an issue after receiving the strawberries and I reached out. Kevin, the store manager, contacted me within an hour of writing my message. Kevin went above and beyond and had fresh strawberries delivered on this same day and offered a 50% refund as well.
