We even had to change the location of the delivery on the day of and it was delivered promptly to the new address. (Mother and baby went home from the hospital earlier than expected)
placed an order, my 23rd in 2 plus years for well over $3,000, to deliver to my wife for Valentine's Day. I specific requested delivery before 2 pm because she's a school teacher. Never got delivered and the local store has their phone off the hook Disgraceful!! Never use them again!
My husband is away in the military and he wanted to surprise me with an arrangement for our anniversary. He called to check-in with me at the end of the day only to find out nothing was delivered. I had to call the store yesterday and I was told that I wasn't home. It's a complete lie as I didn't go to work that day. In addition, there is my number to call in case I didn't answer. Excellent job, the fruits are really Good and sweet!
I've used them a few times to deliver to our elderly aunt and uncle. The arrangements are a huge hit, and they deliver on time every time.
