*NEGATIVE STARS* I'm absolutely astonished that the company allows their our store to take people's money and LIE to them about their services and products for profit. The Minneapolis location is the worst. They Never delivered my order...kept my money. Never called me or answered the phone. NOW!!! I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES WITH "CUSTOMER SERVICE " They ruined a very very special moment for someone I love dearly. I will NEVER RECOMMEND EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
** Do not order from this store ** They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return messages. The delivery was 6 hours late and the event was over. The delivery was refused but the sketchy delivery driver left it there anyway. It went straight into the trash. Not even worth letting the squirrels outside eat it. I spent $90 for nothing! Since their website says “delivery time is not guaranteed”, Visa will not reverse the charges. This is complete BS! I see that they only respond to positive reviews.
