If I could give them a zero I would. What I ordered online was not what I received. Half the flowers were dead and it was wrapped so tight together when we unwrapped it flowers broke off. My first purchase and will be my last purchase. Very upset with my experience and to top it off. I called twice, left a voicemail. No answer, it's like they knew I was going to call and complain. She of looked at the reviews first. You guys are a joke.
This place is stealing and I had to file a complaint with the BBB. I paid for an arrangement on 12/18 to be delivered on 12/19. I left a tip and requested it to be delivered in the morning if possible. On 12/19 I tried calling the establishment all day and they never answered the phone. I submitted online to cancel the order through their website and I left a phone message to cancel my order. I called my bank to cancel the transaction but it unfortunately went through. I recently placed a order a few days ago I’ve been calling the store to let them know I’m still waiting to pickup the store hasn’t been answering for 3 days
This store did something completely unacceptable to me. I placed an order for December 19, and the order never arrived at the address on that day. It didn’t arrive until today, and the product was in bad condition—the strawberries were already spoiled and the chocolate was melted. If they couldn’t deliver it on the 19th as requested, they shouldn’t have bothered delivering it today. I do not recommend buying or placing orders with this store because all that will happen is that you will lose your money.
I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery for my 8 year old granddaughter who was recovering from surgery. I received a voicemail from the store at 5 p.m. stating that they didn't deliver to her city and wouldn't be able to complete the order. The following day, I received an email stating that it had been delivered. I checked with my granddaughter's mom who assured me they hadn't received anything.
