I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my mom’s birthday and I didn’t realize she wasn’t going to be at her house. Edible Arrangements allowed me to change the address and they went out of their way to ensure my mom got her delivery. The fruit was fresh, delicious and the flowers were beautiful. I moved recently and couldn’t be there for her birthday and I’m so grateful that Marlene at Edible Arrangements helped to make her day special. 5 stars - wonderful experience. Will definitely order from this store again.

My wife and I were getting a radio installed next door at Car Toys. We stopped in and got a couple cookies. They were good but a little hard. While waiting back at Car Toys, the young lady who waited on us apologized and gave us two more cookies that had been warmed up. They were awesome. Customer service isn't dead. I'll be back.
I had ordered a huge for Christmas and the delivery person had dropped it or kick it across the room or something, and I called the company two days later to tell them, and they would not reimburse me at all. Terrible customer service, terrible problem resolution. I even spoke to the manager. She has the worst attitude than the employees.
