I received a birthday arrangement and it was both beautiful and delicious! Each piece of fruit was exactly ripe! I called the store to let them know how pleased I was!
We were supposed to get a gift from a family member delivered to us. When the order was not completed we tried calling to get a refund or to see if we could come up and get it in person. She was completely dismissive on the phone, saying they fired everyone and have no staff. When asked if our family member would then get a refund she said yes and then hung up the phone before we could confirm details of the refund. She is now not answering the phone.
