I felt there was a difference in the attractiveness of the bouquet I ordered and the bouquet that was sent. The one that was received looked like just a lot of cantaloupe sticking up. I sent a message expressing my disappointment and no one ever responded. I won't be ordering from them again.

I’m not quite sure what happened on Saturday. I ordered the 6-balloon bouquet along with a treat option. However, upon delivery, I received just 1 inflated balloon, 2 deflated balloons in the bag, no additional balloons, and a cheesecake, even though I ordered a cupcake. This was for a same-day birthday celebration, so I didn’t have time to return to the store since I had it delivered towards the end of day.
