Was really hoping the reviews were wrong, but sadly they weren’t. Never got my order, customer service is laughable. Unfortunately, I would go to a different location.
Wow! What ever happened to good customer service? This place is an embarrassment. I was standing near a gentleman today who POLITELY asked the lady behind the counter for patience while he looked for the delivery information in his phone and the store clerk turned really nasty, really quickly. What she actually did was try to turn it around on the customer and she tried to make it SEEM like he (the customer) was being nasty and that was being attacked. This is NOT true! Arrived home to find my edible arrangement like this. Smh this is ridiculous and I will advise no one order from this place. I always give them chance after chance but today I have had enough. This is insane and ridiculous!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I would give 0 stars if I could! I asked to have the delivery moved up one day, they refused to work with me. When I called to ask if I could pick up the arrangement, they told me they had refunded my order! Do not waste your time or money ordering from this place. Never Again!!
