I ordered a birthday arrangement and was charged a tip fee which supposedly was optional. However, I was unable to delete from the order. It was well beyond an appropriate amount. What a rip off. Last time I order from this company. In addition, I was expecting free delivery based on the amount of emails I received promoting it.
Was really hoping the reviews were wrong, but sadly they weren’t. Never got my order, customer service is laughable. Unfortunately, I would go to a different location.
Wow! What ever happened to good customer service? This place is an embarrassment. I was standing near a gentleman today who POLITELY asked the lady behind the counter for patience while he looked for the delivery information in his phone and the store clerk turned really nasty, really quickly. Arrived home to find my edible arrangement like this. Smh this is ridiculous and I will advise no one order from this place. I always give them chance after chance but today I have had enough. This is insane and ridiculous!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I would give 0 stars if I could! I asked to have the delivery moved up one day, they refused to work with me. When I called to ask if I could pick up the arrangement, they told me they had refunded my order! Do not waste your time or money ordering from this place. Never Again!!
