OMG I WAS IN THE STORE ON WATER STREET AND I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ANY OF YOUR STORES!! THE CASHIER HOSTESS WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! She Barely Greeted us and gave us the feeling that WE were Bothering HER, as we were there to buy Two arrangements AND there was NO ONE else in the store!! Needless to say we left and took our business to a neighboring Florist! THIS WAS ABOUT NOON ON YESTERDAY! YOU MUST DO BETTER!!
If I could rate this location zero stars I most definitely would.My fiance’ got me a amazing fruit platter for my birthday yesterday because I loved the one he got me for valentines day from Brookfield location.But this location was more convenient.Before I opened it I was just looking at it I asked him did he not get this one from Brookfield he said no.I said whoever did it rushed and just threw something together.Fruit was sour & sloppy,watermelon had alot of brown at the hull, blueberries was soggy,all friut was bitter & ... read more
Terrible customer service. Advertised that it closes at 7 but they clock out before 6:00. Rude and extremely disrespectful. There is zero room for malicious attitude's in business
Every time I order they never have the items and they always close early
So this is the second time a friend of mine from out of state has sent me flowers from this location. Every time the flowers stink and grow mold after a day!!! Please do better!!
