I made 3 trips to this store to receive my $25 worth of chocolate covered fruit that was free because I had spent over $160 on gifts for friends with COVID. The young guy working couldn't spell my name, reversed my phone # (anyone living here knows our area code is 205, not the next 3 numbers). I was NEVER TOLD I should pick up my $25 of chocolate covered fruit by 3 pm! So, the manager gave it to a homeless man! My freebie turned out to be a $12 bag of caramel & chocolate popcorn. I have went into this store on 4 different occasions and not one single time have they had a single thing ready that you could walk out the door with !!!! we will never go back !!! very very disappointing !!!! and the KIDS working the store act like they have no clue about what to do or say except you can make an order and pick it up in a few days !! umm no thank you !!
Any kind of Purchase. My order was never delivered on time. The store said one thing and website another. I called the store 45 minutes before closing and the closing manager said it was delivered 30 minutes ago around 5:52pm. She LIED it was never delivered at the time she stated earlier at 12:42. Houses have cameras. You get a 1 out of 4

A small circumstance messed up part of my order, it was no fault of EAs, but they went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that my wife was well taken care of on our anniversary. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
Awesome service! I went in today to order an arrangement. Brittany showed me the best customer service than I have seen in years. She was knowledgeable about her product and explained details upfront. She took the time to show me more arrangements on the computer. I am a visual person so that made my choice easy. Oh, they are also open every day of the week. You cannot go wrong! BTW, you will have to pay with a gift card, cash, MSC, Visa or Discover. No checks allowed! I am sure you can handle that! ��������
