I made 3 trips to this store to receive my $25 worth of chocolate covered fruit that was free because I had spent over $160 on gifts for friends with COVID. The young guy working couldn't spell my name, reversed my phone # (anyone living here knows our area code is 205, not the next 3 numbers). I was NEVER TOLD I should pick up my $25 of chocolate covered fruit by 3 pm! So, the manager gave it to a homeless man! My freebie turned out to be a $12 bag of caramel & chocolate popcorn.
