Purchased an arrangement to be delivered to my mother in hospital. Took my money never delivered have called and emailed multiple days in a row no call back. Extremely disappointed by the customer service of this location. I made a purchase on 7/19/18 of $146.80 to be delivered. I’m in Charlotte, NC so there for I couldn’t see the actual purchase. I never received a receipt; I had to contact corporate (Edible Arrangements) to have a receipt emailed to me. I requested that they take a pic of the arrangement and send it to me, that never happened. I will never order from this store again. I placed a Valentine's Day order on 02/01/17 and both orders were not delivered. I called the store all day and the line was busy. I called the customer service line and was told by a sarcastic rep that they cannot reimburse me my $126.12 because they don't have to authority but they did see that one of my orders were cancelled/rejected today. 0 stars if I could. A lot disappointed! I get that it can get busy during special occasions especially Valentines. However, if I placed an order and your policy states delivery to business as late as 5pm than it should be just that. I shouldn't have to be told to call back after 5pm EST if my order wasn't delivered. Yet no one answers.....If you cannot guarantee delivery for that day during the hours you claim than let the customers know. Yesterday was my first visit to this location. I called my order in at 10:00 am for pick up at 4:00pm. The level of customer service I received needs to be addressed.This includes the 15 minute wait to be greeted-the employee came out of the back only after I called the telephone inside the store to inform her I was waiting...to my surprise when the employee did come out the back she had on onesie pajamas(dark purple with quarter moons all over)... complete with an outside hat.
