I am writing my first ever customer review because this business is so unethical with such terrible customer service that I felt I needed to warn others. My experience was long and drawn out, but the succinct version is that I ordered a same day arrangement and, after many phone calls, when it still hadn't arrived over 24 hours later I cancelled it and received a refund.
