Yesterday I received a small arrangement from my sisters. I wish they hadn't wasted their money. The pineapple stars were cut from the core of the pineapple. So hard as to be inedible. I'm glad I didn't break a tooth. The strawberries were sour. The 2 chocolate covered apple slices both had a brown bruise spot in the middle. Would have 0 stars if the grapes hadn't been good. It's sad when no pride is taken in a product presented to the public.
Beautifully done, fresh and delicious and great customer service! I ordered the Chocolate Dipped Indulgence tray, birthday balloons, some fruit pops and a single bakery shop treat for delivery to my granddaughter in Windsor. I greatly appreciated the call from the shop letting me know my order had been delivered and left at the front door because no one was home to personally receive it.
This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements and this location exceeded my expectations. I ordered something for someone's birthday and I was really worried it would get delivered before 12:45 since that's when my friend had to leave work. I followed up with them yesterday and today (the delivery date) and not only was it delivered in time, someone named Selena called and left me a voicemail to follow up and let me know the exact time it was delivered. So i called today from out of state for a local Sonoma county delivery for tomorrow. They took my number. A call came in put me on hold for 10 mins. Never came back on nor called me back. Not good customer service.
Huge, fresh, delicious strawberries dipped in chocolate. Perfection! My daughter requested for her birthday and didn’t disappoint. Thank you!
