My daughter goes to the gym a couple doors down and they’re never open past 4p!! We’ve came everyday this week (right at 4) to get a pre treat before my daughters classes and they’re always closed despite their website and door saying open til 6pm Monday - Friday 🤦♀️

This location has exceptionally poor customer service. They lied about having attempted a second delivery. They don't answer the phone or return messages left for them. We then went out of our way to pick up the arrangement after telling them we would do that, and upon arrival they said it was out for delivery! They really need to get their act together. The manager on duty was not helpful. My guess is the owner/franchisee is absent and doesn't train the employees very well. My advice, find another place to get your gift. __... read more
Being out of state, I chose the "same day service" online and was very pleased with the arrangement that my mom got. The photo she sent was better then i expected. She was having a sad day, and this was a wonderful option to choose to get her to feel better . The time frame was about 4 hours from when i ordered to her getting the arrangement and the balloon bundle. Great job Poway store. Thank you!!
I received an arrangement this afternoon, sent by a friend, and I have to say -- the pineapple was super sweet -- like candy -- and the chocolate covered strawberries were ripened to perfection and delicious as well! The pineapple was cut into heart shapes. Very sweet and much appreciated!
