Horrible service ordered a $90 “gift set” and was delivered with everything missing. Did not receive a call stating that they were at the residence as it initially stated according to them they asked a person at the residence could have been a mail man for all I know it! Called to get a refund and was told that I would get a refund for the shipping. Issac the “manager” has completely no common sense to leave chocolate strawberries outside. Horrible service basically threw my money away. Do not recommend this location at all.... read more

I placed and order and what was delivered was not what I ordered the manager tried to make it up by offering me a dozen strawberries when I explained that I was not local he went out of his way to apologize and made it right by giving me a refund. I have ordered before and I will continue in the future the manager was awesome and was very apologetic and helpful. Thanks for the great customer service.

I ordered a $150 edible arrangement 5 days in advance of a dear friend's birthday. I also requested a morning delivery so the items would not spoil. I called the store at 3pm to check on status and was assured the delivery was on it's way and that the driver worked until 5pm. Well it's well past 6:20pm now and my friend and her family have now left the house (at 6pm) for a dinner gathering and the arrangement has still NOT SHOWN UP! I have called MULTIPLE times and no answer. This is completely unacceptable! I need a refund ... read more

Customer Service here is horrible ! My coworkers tried sending me a fruit arrangement and was promised to be delivered the next day ..no delivery ...calls weren't answered..when I stopped by to pick up the arrangement It wasnt even ready so requested refund and confirmation of refund. Instead of apologizing...the employee just told me he was really busy with other orders so he couldn't attend to me ! Well hopefully they get their order because I never recieved mine !

I ordered a “happy anniversary” and a “I love you” balloon with my arrangement. They gave me a happy face and a heart. When I asked why they said “the happy face was for happy anniversary and the heart was for I love you”. I was like emoji really. Wait for a change in management before you order from the location in Brownsville these people don’t care about the customer and the service they provide.

Very bad customer service the employees come and go as they please..when we arrived the store was closed and it was during their business hours..we had placed an order online and it wasn’t ready on time and hadn’t been delivered the employee that was supposed to be making arrangements that day had left to go get his tires fixed and forgot about our order..we waited for more than an hour.. also the cashier had no clue what to do..she was new and hadn’t been trained properly but was left alone at the store..we were very disapp... read more

Amazing strawberries dipped in chocolate! They taste so good. Hubby surprised me with these yummies for our anniversary. He ordered them a day before and were delivered at the exact time he asked them. Great place.

Went to pick up an edible to find out they only gave me some of the order and and not the fruit cups .... never received a call they forgot to give me the fruit cups if it wasn’t for that special someone saying how did I enjoy the strawberries and fruit cups I would of never even known .
