Employees were rude, didn’t know English, location smelt really bad.
Friendly place. I ordered days ahead online, called before pickup, and my order was ready.
This order is beautiful, the presentation is lovely and the strawberries are delicious. I recommend them, there are 12 strawberries. The delivery was on time, the driver handled the order well, it is the first time I receive from this store location, I feel satisfied, pleased and it exceeded our expectations. Super bummed about our business here. After failed attempt of delivery of our order- they forgot to order the following day when they said they would. Surprise was ruined and the recipient had to ask the company if it was coming 48 hours later. Fruit did not look fresh. Called and asked for a refund or help with their 100% satisfaction guarantee and manager said nothing would be done to help us. Would not recommend this location… bummer we love edible arrangements normally!
