Ordered a Valentine’s Day delivery for my fiancé. I was very satisfied with the customer service that Cynthia gave over the phone when I placed the order. Next day (Valentine’s Day) at 4pm, the order hadn’t been delivered. I called and spoke with Cynthia again, and she said she would check with the driver and call me back. No call back and my order came 25mins later. Seems they forgot my order until I called. Great for fruits but I got a bundle of fruits and flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers that were provided in my order were nasty old. I’m shocked I paid such an outrageous price expecting quality products. Better off buying flowers at a grocery store for half the price with much better quality !
