Ordered 2 of the same items but was delivered 2 different items. Also ordered a balloon that did not come. Tried calling but the voice-mail full and nobody picks up the phone
The customer service at Edible Arrangement was great. They had so many choices to choose from...
I ordered an arrangement from this location and it was never delivered. I ordered online and I cannot get anyone from this location or the corporate office to call me back to discuss what happened, although I received a notification that it was delivered. What do you do when you’re being ignored by a business? This isn’t good customer service at all!
I made a purchase yesterday (3/3) for delivery today (3/4). The would be recepient states they never receieved the order. If you try to "track" the order it shows that the order was received by the store. Of course the store is now closed, I did leave a message but based on previous reviews it is unlikely that I will receive a call back. I need someone to contact me immediately. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, NOW. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
I am very disappointed with this store. I ordered for delivery three days in advance. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, it was never delivered, I called and no one picked up, so I drove to the store and it was closed. I tired calling them for the following two days with no response. I've emailed asking for a refund and haven't received one yet.
