I always wanted to be sent an edible arrangement. I’ve sent them to other people from time to time but never received one. I finally received an arrangement from my out of town parents for Mother’s Day. I was thrilled. It was left outside our front door after 6pm & was a bit lopsided. Regardless, I eagerly opened it to find pretty pineapple, cantaloupe & honeydew flowers. We decided to refrigerate it & enjoy in the morning. Two years ago, I walked into the store with my two grandchildren just maybe that they had something in there to snack on and we were really curious about the arrangements so we went in there. There was a couple things made, we asked for a large cup of chocolate covered fruit multiple, was really good.. but we went yesterday and it was totally different. People, atmosphere was different. I came to pick up my Too Good To Go. I had to wait 10 minutes for it. Then Indian Teenager came and gave me 2 bags of pineapple and laugh straight to my face! Very rude and unprofessional. I also don’t recommend to get Too Good To Go from here because it is not worth the value $9.99 for 2 snack size zip locks of pineapple. Well overpaid!
Products are satisfactory but the customer service is extremely disappointing. I had an issue with my order being done almost 3hrs pass the scheduled pick up time (mind you I scheduled this 2 weeks in advance) I tried to speak to the manager within the store and he wouldn't make time for me stating he was to busy. The next day I sent a complaint on the website and received an email stating I would receive a call. Two weeks later I haven't heard a thing.
