I ordered a delivery from this company from this specific store, to my wife's workplace, the form that customer needs to fill out has a section for "delivery instructions" with that said I fill that section with just 1 instruction, and that was to be delivered before 11am, they never contacted me or my wife to arrange the delivery, they had 2 different phone numbers and 2 emails on the order form, but they decided to just do the late delivery and also they left the delivery with a total stranger.🤬 the flowers were kind of O... read more
What I ordered vs what was delivered. Extremely disappointed.
Called the store for a same day order and was on the phone with Diana. She was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She was passionate and extremely knowledgeable. I hope the management team rewards her for her EXCELLENT customer service. She needs a pay raise!!! LOLLL
Ordered last minute online because I was unable to visit my niece today for her birthday due to a sickness. Someone from the store called shortly after to let me know they didn’t have a particular item and I told them it was perfectly fine and appreciated the call and she suggested a wonderful substitute once she found out it was for a young girl.
