Ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my wife's birthday by 1pm and even called in the morning to make sure it was going to be there because I found out she was leaving for her other job a little earlier and the lady said no problem. She left for her other job a little after 1 and no delivery. Suprised ruined! Now their going to deliver it to the house. Was supposed to be shared by her coworkers!
I purchased an edible arrangements yesterday and I had it shipped to my parents house due to my dad having surgery today and it was delivered today at 2:30. I had no clue it was delivered no email correspondence or updates it’s 85° outside and no one was home. I called the store where it was shipped from the lady on the phone was rude and very unprofessional she said well the driver just leaves it there. Door says they close at 7, but they close at 6:30.
Ordered a whole fruit bouquet and balloons for mothers day. Spent over 160 dollars and they arrived HOT AND MELTED. I wrote to the company stating this was unacceptable and embarrassing to give to mom on mother's day because it looked like they had sat in a hot car for hours. No response, no refund, not even a sorry. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.
