My friend who I sent a birthday chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple arrangement to, was ill shortly after consumption. The arrangement was not cool to the touch when it was handed to him at his door. Could be a coincidence, he doesn't seem to think so. Bright spot: When I placed the order over the phone with the store directly- the woman who helped me was very kind, efficient, and thorough to get my order taken. Otherwise, not great.
Picked up a Father’s Day chocolate covered strawberries. They looked a hot mess, cracked and broken letters, balloons were terrible one was blank like who wants a plain white balloon & a smiley face balloon like my dad is 4??? That’s not what was show on the website and I could have gotten balloons at dollar tree if I had know they were going to be so terrible. Did anyone else get sick from their deliveries yesterday? I tried to let corporate know, as the store was closed yesterday evening, and call them this morning to warn them- but it keeps going to voicemail. Truly AMAZING!!
What was ordered, is not what was received. They said they packed themselves and that was all. Got a sorry and bye. I ordered the preserved all pink bouquet and got yellow and white regular flowers.
