Ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my wife's birthday by 1pm and even called in the morning to make sure it was going to be there because I found out she was leaving for her other job a little earlier and the lady said no problem. She left for her other job a little after 1 and no delivery. Suprised ruined! Now their going to deliver it to the house. Was supposed to be shared by her coworkers!
I purchased an edible arrangements yesterday and I had it shipped to my parents house due to my dad having surgery today and it was delivered today at 2:30. I had no clue it was delivered no email correspondence or updates it’s 85° outside and no one was home. I called the store where it was shipped from the lady on the phone was rude and very unprofessional she said well the driver just leaves it there.
