Ordered a whole fruit bouquet and balloons for mothers day. Spent over 160 dollars and they arrived HOT AND MELTED. I wrote to the company stating this was unacceptable and embarrassing to give to mom on mother's day because it looked like they had sat in a hot car for hours. No response, no refund, not even a sorry. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.
My order was missing the card with my message and the mini balloon I purchased. My mother in law didn't even know who sent her this so it took away from the total experience. She also received half dead flowers. When I spoke with the manager she did not sound as if she really cared and only offered to redeliver my card and balloon days later. Horrible experience
I ordered an arrangement for a friends birthday to be delivered. The delivery said it was completed but no package. I called the store and spoke to the nicest lady that said she was delivering another. After hanging up, I went to leave and found the package had blown down the parking lot by the wind. I called them back to say I found it. They STILL INSISTED on delivering another arrangement. These people displayed the most wonderful hospitality!!! I believe their names were Heather and Jessica. Thank you, ladies!!!
