I love edible arrangements! I use them as my "go to" for "thank you" gifts. They never let me down! The quality, unique presentation and yummy gifts are always appreciated! Today, I received chocolate covered apple slices, made to look like doughnuts, as a thank you from them for being a loyal customer! I was pleasantly surprised! And, as always, they are delicious! I highly recommend edible arrangements!
I ordered for my daughters birthday a boutique along with several other items. She picked up only HALF of what I ordered. Called and spoke with Manager Alyssa whom said it would be taken care of. Fast forward to almost closing time, my daughter calls to see when to expect rest of the order. Afternoon shift person had NO CLUE and said for a fee they'd deliver. UMM...WRONG !! I live in Tennessee and have ordered from there before and never had a problem. Always gets to where it's suppose to on time. Awesome place!!!

I live out of state and I ordered my friend edible arrangements from this particular store and I've called a number of 26 times to find out the status of it and not one call has gone through. In between those times, the phone would RING FOR TWO MINUTES and would have a busy tone and disconnect right after. I would literally call the second I got disconnected from the previous call and it would go straight to "being busy" or what I think "off the hook".
